Well, deathfest as i call it has just now come to a close. All in all, it was a pretty happy, yet heavy hearted and occasionally weepy affair.

I hate to break the silence in such a dreary way.

A family friend passed away today. I just found out. I wish i knew more details.

It's unusual when a personal friend dies. Especially for the first time. What's even more unusual is that the day of the funeral is also the day of this B-day dinner for this other family friend that's about to die. It certainly is her last B-day and is kinda the "say your goodbyes" day.
